With more than twenty-five years of experience, Terry has an extensive background in healthcare design, documentation and interior project management, encompassing all departments and support units in acute and ambulatory care settings.  A skillful planner, she understands the needs of patients, their families and the operational implications of the healthcare environment, analyzing the way space will actually be used.  She leads the development of planning and design concepts, translating program requirements into design criteria, image development and innovative solutions characterized by simplicity and clarity.  Terry is knowledgeable of the latest evidence based design research and sustainability as well as the emerging technologies that impact the design of healthcare environments.  Working toward project success and the development of compelling design, she challenges with the exploration of new possibilities, but employs discipline in the balance of time, cost and quality.  With the goal of finding best practice answers to the unique needs of healthcare facilities, Terry brings specialty knowledge, dynamic collaboration and innovation to create solutions which respect the values and goals of each client.
